Brian Gee, MD

Dr. Gee finished his Mechanical Engineering degree from Michigan Technological University and entered Medical School at Northwestern University in Chicago thinking he might design artificial limbs. After multiple, formative rotations in remote areas of Arizona, Alaska and Michigan he decided to pursue a career in rural medicine. After finishing his Family Medicine Residency at the University of Wyoming program in Casper in 1997, he has made a career primarily of ER and Urgent Care work in WY. However, the past 3 years he has switched his focus to primary care delivery for patients as Medical Director and Clinical Provider at the Lander Free Medical Clinic and Fremont County Detention Center where he is advocating for telehealth use to improve access to care.
