Special interest groups are facilitated by the WyTN to improve collaboration, education, and communication for distinct groups and fields in regards to telehealth. They allow for tangible support on specific needs and access to a network of champions and experts. Each group fosters their own goals to help improve their practices. Community Health & Chronic Disease Prevention
The Community Health and Chronic Disease Prevention Special Interest Group seeks to improve access to telehealth in communities across the state by identifying and filling gaps in care services, and exploring ways to reduce emergency medical care through preventative measures.
Telemental Health
The Telemental Health Special Interest Group is for all behavioral health professionals delivering services via telehealth to strengthen their practices and provide/receive support.
